This Disclosure Text has been prepared to inform individuals who visit our website and/or submit a contact/quote request through our website about the processing of their personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. Categories of Personal Data Processed

The following data may be processed through our website and communication channels: Identity (first name, last name), Contact (email address, phone number), Company Information (company name/title), Request/Transaction Information (message content, quote/contact request, meeting/communication records), Transaction Security (IP address, device/session information, log records), and Cookies/Similar Technologies (cookie identifiers, tag/pixel event data – optional).

2. Collection Methods

Your personal data may be collected electronically through the contact form, quote form, pop-up, WhatsApp click, call button, live support channel, and cookies/similar technologies.

3. Purposes of Processing

Receiving, evaluating and concluding quote/contact requests; planning and executing operational processes; managing customer relations processes; information security and prevention of misuse (logging/auditing); conducting marketing processes (newsletter/campaign – with consent); and remarketing and advertising performance measurement (where preference/explicit consent has been given).

4. Legal Bases

Direct relation to the establishment/performance of a contract (management of quote/contact requests); legitimate interest (communication processes, security, quality improvement); legal obligation (retention/auditing arising from legislation); and explicit consent (particularly for marketing-oriented newsletters/campaigns and non-essential analytical/advertising cookies and remarketing).

5. Data Transfers (Recipient Groups)

Software/IT service providers and technical support; hosting/server providers; CRM and customer management tools; email delivery infrastructure providers (newsletter/campaign); digital marketing/measurement platforms (Google/Meta, etc. – optional); live support providers (if applicable); and authorized institutions/organizations (when required by law).

6. International Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred abroad due to CRM, email infrastructure, analytics/remarketing and similar services being located abroad or using servers outside of Turkey. Transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK and/or with explicit consent where required.

7. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the periods stipulated by legislation and for as long as required by the purposes of processing; upon expiry, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.
